Typically, we process orders within 5-10 business days and dispatch them using UPS 2-Day. For orders under $100, we use USPS for shipment. While we highly recommend a signature requirement for all purchases, if you choose to waive it, please note that the customer assumes responsibility for any lost packages or delivery theft. In instances where UPS delivery is not feasible, we may opt for USPS as the preferred carrier. International orders are subject to customs/duty fees, and Coast to Coast Jade is not liable for any fees incurred upon delivery.

Customs / Taxes / Import Duties:

The customer is responsible for all customs, import duties, and taxes. Any applicable charges related to the shipping destination will be calculated and added to orders during checkout. Return shipping is not provided for any orders. For customers within the EU, orders must exceed $150 USD.
